Apple closes iOS 13.2.2 verification channel: downgrade is no longer possible

It is not long before the official release of iOS 13.2.3. Apple today closed the verification channel for the iOS 13.2.2 system, which means that it can no longer be downgraded through iTunes / Finder.
From the update description, the iOS 13.2.3 update mainly fixes the problem that the App may not be able to download content in the background, and the "Mail" may not be able to get new mail and the Exchange account cannot include and reference the original mail content. Some applications previously did not continue to run when not in use, or reloaded when launched again.
Some of these issues were first resolved in iOS 13.2.2 released earlier this month. New version The program can continue to download new content even if you are not using the application.
Currently, the beta version of iOS 13.3 has been advanced to Beta 3. New features include increased communication restrictions for the screen time function, allowing parents to control their children's use of phone, text messages, and FaceTime, and push notifications have also improved.
